1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the webshop at www.mickleimedia.de and for all languages. The contractual partner for all orders is Micklei Media. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions at the time of the order shall apply.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
2.1 Ordering process
In the web shop you can place items in the shopping basket without obligation. You can view the shopping cart at any time and remove individual items. You can start the ordering process by clicking on “Checkout”. You do not need a customer account for the order process.
We kindly ask you to enter all data necessary for the order process. Alternatively, you can provide your data via PayPal. The fastest way to do this is the PayPal Express Checkout via the PayPal buttons in the shopping cart.
After entering your data, you must select a payment method and see your entire order in a summary once again.
You can correct your entries or cancel the order process at any time by leaving our shop or closing the browser. You do not place a binding order until you submit your order. After receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
2.2 Conclusion of the contract
You can find out the period of validity of our special offers, which may also be limited in quantity, where they are displayed in the shop.
We do not give any delivery guarantee. The following applies: Only while stocks last. This applies especially to special offers.
All items displayed in the webshop are not a binding offer of contract on our part, but only offer the possibility to place orders. A contract is only concluded when we expressly accept your order (order confirmation after order).
3. PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS DELIVERY TIME & PAYMENT
In our web shop, the prices stated are in euros and include the corresponding German VAT rate (7% or 19%).
You can pay by prepayment (bank transfer), credit card, Klarna or PayPal.
3.1 Postage, packaging and fees
Our shipping costs consist of postage, packaging costs and given fees.
3.2 Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the country of destination.
Within Germany the delivery time is about 3-4 days, in Europe & worldwide 5-8 days.

After your order you will receive an e-mail from us with the order confirmation, our bank details and the invoice attached. We ask you to quote your respective order number and invoice number as a reference when making the transfer.
Your order will be processed and dispatched once we have received the money. - Digital payment options:
PayPal is an easy and secure way to pay with us. In addition, the payment arrives very quickly so that the order can be processed immediately. In order to use this payment service, a free registration with PayPal is required.
In addition, there is the option to make the payment via Klarna Sofort, SEPA direct debit or giropay. - Credit card:

4. PRODUCT REPRESENTATIONS AND DESCRIPTIONS
Despite the utmost care in the preparation of item descriptions and product representations, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that these descriptions and images are accurate, complete and without error. Particularly with regard to the colour accuracy of product representations, there may be differences between the screen representation and the actual product due to technical reasons.
5. RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You are entitled to revoke your declaration of intent to conclude the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will find further information on this in our cancellation policy.
6. Liability
In the event of injury to life, limb or health resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Micklei Media or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by one of its legal representatives or vicarious agents, Micklei Media shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.
For other damages the following applies:
I.) For damages based on the violation of essential contractual obligations as a result of simple negligence on the part of Micklei Media, its legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability of Micklei Media is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract up to a maximum of the value of the delivery item.
II) Claims for damages against Micklei Media for other damages as a result of the breach of secondary obligations or non-essential obligations are excluded in the case of simple negligence.
The above exclusions or limitations of liability do not apply if Micklei Media has fraudulently concealed a defect or has given a written guarantee for a specific quality. The regulations of the product liability law remain unaffected.
7. Data protection
By sending your order you confirm the correctness of your personal data entered in the purchasing process. In the event of incorrect information, we reserve the right to pass on to you any additional costs incurred by us as a result (e.g. additional shipping costs). In the case of deliberately false information, we expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the originator of such an order.
We store your personal data for fast and error-free computer processing and payment processing by our contractual partners. You will find all further information on our data processing in our data protection regulations.
8. Miscellaneous
If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Sale and/or of the contract supplemented by them are or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby and the contract and these General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Sale shall otherwise remain valid for both parties.
